Privacy
This policy explains what data PawForge collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have over it. It applies to pawforge.store and any related order or support touchpoints.
Uploaded pet photos and any optional pet name or caption you provide. Order details (product, size, color, generated artwork, shipping address, checkout email). Support correspondence (order number, email, screenshots, descriptions). Limited technical data (IP address, browser type, referer) for security, fraud prevention, and aggregate analytics.
To generate your custom artwork, preview it on apparel, process payment, fulfill and ship your order, recover orders, respond to support, prevent abuse of the upload and generator endpoints, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Uploaded photos and generated artwork: kept while needed to fulfill the order and for 90 days after fulfillment for support and reprint requests, then deleted. Order records: retained as long as required for accounting, tax, and consumer-protection obligations (typically up to 7 years). Support emails: retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Stripe (payments — full card data never touches PawForge servers). Printful (fulfillment partner — receives your name, shipping address, order details, and the generated print file). Email providers used to send order confirmations and shipping updates. AI inference providers used to generate artwork from your uploaded photo. Advertising platforms — Meta, TikTok, and Roku — receive browser event data (gated behind the cookie banner) and, for completed orders, a server-to-server confirmation containing your hashed (not plaintext) email/phone/name/address, used for ad measurement; this order confirmation is sent by default the same way order-confirmation email is, and stops only if you decline the cookie banner (see below). We do not sell personal information.
PawForge uses strictly necessary cookies for cart state, order recovery, and referral-link attribution, plus Matomo analytics and the Meta/TikTok/Roku advertising integrations described above. All visitors see a cookie banner; analytics and advertising are on by default until you decline, and are off immediately if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, restrict how we use it, or object to specific uses. EEA/UK residents have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights including the right to opt out of any sale or cross-context behavioral advertising share — declining the cookie banner (or sending Global Privacy Control) is how you exercise that opt-out on this site, and stops both the browser pixels and the server-to-server order confirmations described above. We do not sell personal information. Email support@pawforge.store with your order number to exercise any right; we respond within 30 days.
PawForge is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact support@pawforge.store and we will delete it.
