By using pawforge.store you agree to these terms. They cover what you can upload, how the artwork is generated and licensed, how orders and refunds work, and the limits on our liability. Please read them before placing an order — placing an order means you accept them.
PawForge takes a photo you upload, generates portrait artwork from it using AI image models, lets you preview the artwork on made-to-order apparel and accessories, and — after checkout — produces and ships the selected item through our fulfillment partner (Printful).
Photos you upload
You must own the rights to any photo you upload, or have permission from the rights holder. Do not upload photos that contain identifiable people without their consent, that depict minors, or that contain copyrighted artwork, logos, or characters you do not have rights to. You retain ownership of your original photo and you grant PawForge a limited license to use it solely to generate, preview, produce, and ship your order.
Acceptable use
PawForge is for custom pet artwork. Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that targets a real person without consent. We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that violate these rules, and we may delete uploaded content that does. Repeated abuse may result in account or IP blocks.
Artwork ownership
Generated artwork created from your photo is licensed to you for personal use on the ordered product and reasonable personal sharing. PawForge retains the right to use anonymized or generic generations for service improvement and marketing samples; we will not publish a finished design tied to your pet name without your opt-in consent through the gallery toggle.
Orders, payment, and pricing
Listed prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Stripe handles payment authorization and capture. We may decline or cancel an order with a full refund if we cannot fulfill it (out-of-stock variant, prohibited content, suspected fraud, address validation failure).
Returns and refunds on custom items
Because each item is made-to-order from your artwork, we cannot accept returns based on preference (changed your mind, wrong size after preview, etc.). We do replace or refund items affected by production defects, print errors, sizing errors against the listed measurements, damage in transit, or shipment of the wrong item. Contact support@pawforge.store within 30 days of delivery with photos and the order number.
Disclaimer and liability
PawForge is provided "as is." We do not warrant that AI-generated artwork will exactly match expectations from any given photo — the preview before checkout is your opportunity to confirm. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PawForge's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be summarized at the top of the page with a date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State where PawForge is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Questions or disputes: support@pawforge.store.
